I hopped on the wagon, figured lets give this thing a try.

These are my own created recipes. 
Homemade cheese broccoli soup

1- 1 1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup cheddar cheese (more or less depending on your love of cheese can be used)
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
dash of salt
dash of pepper

Take fresh broccoli and put in bowl of choice, pour water in bottom of bowl, cover and put in microwave for 3-4 minutes. (If you want to cook on the stove top instead, steam the broccoli or boil in water until cooked) Put remaining ingredients in microwave safe bowl or cup and heat in microwave for 1-2 min, stir then repeat until ingredients can mix thoroughly together. (If you want to use the stove top instead add all ingredients plus 1/2 tablespoon butter to prevent burning) Add the broccoli and cheese sauce together, eat at once.
Carb Count: 7 (Serves 1-2 people)

If you cannot hop on the bacon wagon try turkey bacon to transition.

4-8 pieces of turkey bacon
1/2 tablespoon butter

Add bacon to hot fry pan and cook until lightly brown on the edges. Eat once cooled and crispy.
Carb Count: 0 (serves 1-2)

Who doesn't love a good salad

1/4 cup fresh spinach
1/2 cup fresh salad (your choice)
1 avocado
2 slices swiss cheese
1/2 turkey bacon leftover
1-2 tablespoon ranch or salad dressing of your choice

Chop and add everything together. If you want more or less of anything go for it the carb count on this dish is limited to mainly the salad dressing.
Carb Count: 4 (serves 1-2)

Gotta love me some spam

1 can/jar spam
1/2 tablespoon b.utter
Mustard (Dijon or regular) ~as much as you please

Cut spam into slices and fry. Add mustard.
Carb Count: 3-4 (Serves 1-3)

Veggie lover

1/2 cucumber
1/4- 1/2 cup total red pepper, green pepper, yellow pepper
1 tablespoon onion
1 tomato
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper

Dice and cut up all ingredients. Toss together. Add to any salad combination for more zest
Carb count: 7(total) (serves 4)

Add feta cheese
Place on top of a salad
Flat steak and incredible overly edible asparagus

Take steak and add spices of your choice, I added garlic and onion as well as the good ol' salt and pepper. When cooking steak once you see blood rising it is medium rare, flip it immediately once you see this, once flipped wait until you see red juices rise to the top and take off heat once done. This is medium to medium rare. Cook longer or shorter to your fancy.

6 spears or more asparagus
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon parm

Add butter to fry pan, melt. Add garlic, add asparagus, top with top for pan, wait 10 min on simmer after initial high heat. Sprinke parm and toss asparagus around in pan, wait additional 10 min or so. Serve immediately.
Carb count: 2.7

Crumble cake
Yes you can eat this, and yes it is super Delicious! Like cheesecake! Use imitation sugar, not PureVia like I did, PureVia is made from dextrose which is basically sugar, straight glucose! Why they don't tell us this, I don't know. I over estimated the carb count to be around 17g supposed to be less. My cheeks immediately flushed up, got a rush, a dizzy feel, and a headache, took hours to get the flushed appearance away and tons of water later to feel remotely like I did before. Next time it will be made completely sugar free.

Not reccomended in begininng phases of ketosis. Here is the recipie though. I added unsweetened cocoa and whipping cream drizzle instead of unsweetened jelly. Courtesy of Lindas low Carb.

Cesar switch up

1-1/2 cup fresh spinach
1/4 of a cucumber diced
2 slices cheddar cheese broken into pieces
1 tablespoon feta cheese
2 tablespoon Cesar salad dressing

Add all ingredients together and enjoy!
Carb Count: 4

Tonight I am planning on making Italian sausage spaghetti. I will be cutting squash into strips, topping it with marinara and cut Italian sausage with cheese on top. YUM, with a salad too :) Total meal should be less then 15 carbs.

Alrighty here was tonight's dinner:
3 squashes, sliced lengthwise thinly, sauteed in butter with salt and pepper

Brown the Italian turkey sausages 20-30 min on stove top

Squash is done. Place on plate like spaghetti noodles. 

Add 3 tablespoons of heavy cream to marinara sauce for a creamier sauce and top with sausage. 

OR leave the sauce alone as marinara and add parm cheese to top it off. 
5 Italian sausages
3 squash
1 jar marinara sauce (4 carbs per 1/2 cup)

Carb Total: 10g (serves 4)

Cheese quiche
12 eggs
1-2 cups cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 can mushrooms
2-3 cups spinach

Preheat oven to 425. Beat egg mixture add splash whipping cream. Pour into baking dish. Heat cheese, sour cream, cream cheese and whipping cream, add pinch salt and pepper, mix together and pour evenly over eggs. Sprinkle spinach and mushrooms on top and make sure they are in the mixture, push them in if you have to. Cook at 425 for 15 min then at 350 for 20-30 min until top gets light brown. You can add whatever you'd like to this mix, you can take out or add, its pretty fool proof. This was absolutely Delicious.
Carb Count: 5g (serves 20)

Almond Biscuit
1/2 cup almond flour
4 egg whites
1 1/2 tablespoons butter (cold)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Add all together, bake at 400 for 12 min or until light brown.
Carb Count: 3g (makes 4 biscuits)

My favorite egg breakfast
 Easy Over eggs
 Fast and easy lunch. Spam with dijon mustard

Salad with chicken and homemade ranch

Easy Snack or meal substitute

I mixed:
1 cup coffee
1 scoop low carb protein
a splash coconut milk
a splash almond milk
a splash heavy whipping cream
Very filling fast breakfast
Carb Count: 2g

 Steam or boil until leaves can easily be removed. Dip in butter or mayonaise
Carb Count: 3-6g small to large sized artichoke

Chicken red pepper spinach sausages
Heat on stove top until brown. They come ready to eat in the package, but I think they look better cooked, plus a cold sausage is just gross.
Carb Count: 1g

My birthday cheesecake
12 ounces cream cheese softened
3 eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
8 packets sugar substitute (can add more im trying to cut more sweets out)
1 teaspoon vanilla

Beat cream cheese until fluffy add aditional ingredients. Bake at 350 for 50-60 min. Top needs to turn golden brown. Let cool then cut. Serves about 9. Top with fruit or whatever you like.
Carb Count: 2g

Pretty Chicken
 Took chicken and washed with egg wash, heavy cream and salt and pepper, then put into almond flour and parm. Placed on baking sheet, added cheese, tomato stuffed with garlic and sprinkled with basil.
 Cooked asparagus in butter
 Put Pretty Chicken in the oven 400 40min or so depending on the thickness of your chicken.
 Finished the asparagus
Final touch, on a bed of marinara sauce with sun dried tomato.
5 pieces ofChicken thighs or breasts thawed
2 tablespoons Almond Flour
2 tablespoons Parm Cheese
1 tablespoon Heavy whipping cream
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
1 tomato sliced
1/4 cup sun dried tomato
1 cup Marinara sauce (1/2 per serving size)
1 garlic clove chopped
dash of basil
15 asparagus
2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste

Pre heat oven to 400 make an assembly line with egg wash, and flour mixture. Make egg wash by adding, 1 egg, heavy whipping cream and salt and pepper, coat chicken in egg wash, then transfer to a plate with almond flour and parm cheese, coat thoroughly then transfer to baking sheet, take mozzarella cheese and place a slice on each chicken avoiding over lapping too much, slice tomato into slivers and place on each chicken, take garlic, chop and stuff into each tomato on each chicken piece, sprinkle basil on chickens and then put in oven. bake at 400 for 40min or so depending on your thickness of chicken pieces. Make sure its done with no pinkness. Cook asparagus in butter on stove top on medium heat until done, can be cooked a little or a a lot, its up to you. Take 1/2 cup marinara sauce and top with sun dried tomato's, top with chicken and place asparagus on plate. Enjoy.
Total Carbs: 6g per serving.
Note: when cooking with chicken make sure you wash wash wash everything the raw chicken touches, there is always the possibility of salmonella if the chicken is not cooked all the way through and/or the surface the raw chicken has touched has not been cleaned. 

Spinach Attack
1 tablespoon diced red pepper
1 tablespoon diced green pepper
1 tablespoon diced orange pepper
1 tablespoon diced red onion
2 tablespoons diced cucumber
3 tablespoons sun dried tomato
1 garlic clove diced
2 tablespoons butter
3-4 cups spinach
1 tablespoon goat cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Dice all vegetables, heat pan and add butter, add all vegetables except for spinach, saute for 5 minutes, add spinach and toss until cooked. Add goat cheese once finished and off the burner. Enjoy! Tastes like spaghetti without looking like it, very delicious :)
Total Carbs: 5g (serves 2-3)

Coconut Breaded Pig Party
4 pork chops, flattened as much as possible
3-4 tablespoons coconut flour
3 tablespoons heavy cream
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup water
2-3 tablespoons coconut oil
2 diced garlic cloves
1/2 red onion diced
1 green onion cut up
salt and pepper to taste

Bread pork chops after you flattened them if the pieces are too thick. Dip each pork chop in the cream first then dip into a plate with coconut flour to bread. Heat oil on stove top and place breaded chops on the heat. Brown both sides. Pour coconut milk in and add garlic and onions. Add water if needed. Leave on simmer covered for around 30-40 min depending on thickness. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with sauce and a side of vegies, I chose steamed broccoli. Did not taste as "coconutty" as you would think, had a mild flavor. Pretty good, and very tender.
Carb Count: 5g each inc broccoli. (Serves 4).

This is only the beginning of all this. I will be adding more as I make it!
