I have been strong and steady with my new way of my "primal" lifestyle. I decided to take some pictures of my weeks groceries by category. To my surprise once you get into this lifestyle the price of food isn't as horrible as one might think, unless you go completely organic everything. I'm not ready to take that leap just yet.

Nuts: Pistachios, Almonds, Cashews, Hazelnuts, Macadamia Nuts
 Veggies: Squash, Celery, Green Beans, Kale, Butter Leaf and Europe salad mixes, Broccoli, Sliced bell peppers, spinach. 
 Meats: Beef, Chicken, Fish
 "Dairy": Shredded cheese, Muenster, Fondu, Feta, Swiss Cheese, Almond Milk, Coconut Milk, Heavy Cream. 
 Snacks: Protein, Coffee (not shown: Frozen fruit) 
 What you CAN cook with: Coconut Flour, Flaxseed Meal, Almond Flour, Coconut Oil (Butter not shown)
