Cheese Bread
For that I must have Pizza or Cheese Bread moment...this one is for you! Okay ready. Set. Go. Lets make this thing!
Preheat oven at 350
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt (sea salt)
1-2 teaspoons garlic powder
(mix)
4 eggs
3/4 cup melted butter
3 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes in olive oil
(beat well)
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
1/4 cup shredded parm
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded (for topping)
Toss all ingredients together (except for cheese topping) and spread evenly onto parchment paper on a pizza pan or pan of your choice.
Cook at 350 for 15 minutes then sprinkle more cheese on top. Return to oven at 400 until golden and crispy.
Dip in:
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh shaved parm
(shake vigorously)
Serve together! YUM!
