Lets Get Bulletproof!

This week has been awesome upping the fats and these babies have been the main reason for such success. I just received the upgraded MCT oil today and plan on adding it to my morning bulletproof coffee as well as "get some" ice cream and possibly even in my homemade salad dressings. Those three fats above will be in my morning breakfast daily. 

Going organic again, gluten free/grain free and sugar free works excellent with these amazing healthy fats here. Coconut oil, MCT oil, grass fed butter, olive oil and palm oil are my everyday go to's. These are the only "fats" other then animal fats that I consume. Fats are amazingly healthy for you, up your fats, drop the weight and feel good. MCT oil should help with becoming even more bulletproof! Get your healthy fats UP and live life bulletproof.
