This website was started in Feb 2012 for the sole purpose of keeping people aware and informed. 

Cyrena Jacoby NT is the Nutritional Therapist contributing to this website. Here is a little bit about her: Cyrena (Sir-ena) was born by the beach and grew up with horses dogs and chickens. She loves the beach, Hawaii and anything that has to do with water. She is a Pisces and yes it does describe her to the T. She is 6'1. She was a Vet Tech for 5 years, a school nurse for 10 years and is now a Social Media Marketing Manager, Nutritional Therapist, Photographer, Graphic Designer, Brand Ambassador and Entrepreneur. She is always researching and wanting to learn more. "I want to inspire you to think outside the box on different subjects, get your thinker on and challenge what I am saying by finding out the truth behind my words."

Always do your own research, and look at data for each study your researching. Look at who funded that study and if they have ties to the outcome. Studies are studies but the best ones are unbiased without personal connections to the outcomes. Nutritional Therapy focuses on natural unprocessed whole foods which heal the body and boost overall health.

A Nutritional Therapist will work with the client to devise a meal plan that is nutritionally balanced, practical, enjoyable and sustainable. If any foods need to be reduced or eliminated for a period of time, viable alternatives will be suggested that will maintain nutritional needs.

Where necessary, a Nutritional Therapist may also prescribe natural supplements in safe doses e.g. probiotics, vitamins & minerals to help alleviate certain symptoms or optimize nutritional status. However, natural foods are always the first line of treatment.
