Of course just looking at a freshly baked pizza oozing with cheese makes the majority of us start drooling, I figured it was due time to try to master the "healthy" way of making pizza. This is guilt free pizza, and so far this crust is my favorite. You first need to set aside at least an hr to make this baby.

1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1 tablespoon almond flour
1 tablespoon coconut flour
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
2 eggs beaten
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1-2 garlic cloves minced
salt to taste (about 1/2 teaspoon)

Parchment paper
coconut oil cooking spray or olive oil

Preheat oven to 375. Combine all wet ingredients first, then all dry ingredients, then cheese. The mixture should not be runny and not too dry either, feel free to add more heavy cream if needed. Spread mixture out onto oiled parchment paper. (I first oil a pizza pan, then place parchment paper ontop then oil the parchment paper before applying mixture) Try your best to push the "dough" out as far as possible, it will rise and expand but not more then about an inch. Place pizza pan with parchment paper and pizza "dough" into oven.

You have an option to flip the crust after about 20 min (once the crust turns light/golden brown). I flip my crust by taking the parchment paper and then directly placing the crust on the pizza pan after I have oiled it.

Watch the crust, it can be as crispy as you'd like or kind of soft depending on your length of baking. Once it looks to be the color and crispynes of your liking remove it from the oven.

Sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese on the crust and then add your pizza sauce and toppings of your choice. Broil for 5-10 min or until lightly golden and the cheese is fully melted.
