Yogurt Dessert OR Snack

Desserts that are guilt free and taste good go down the hatch much smoother. If you can find organic plain Greek yogurt it's the best kind...however this one right here is just plain Greek yogurt. This dessert is healthy filling and an excellent source of probiotics. 

1 serving size plain Greek yogurt
2-3 tablespoons frozen organic fruit (your choice) I used blueberry 
1-2 tablespoons nuts (your choice) I used macadamia nuts
~optional 4-5 drops liquid stevia to sweeten

Serve. Eat. Enjoy!
